The aim was to make field work across different teams and geographies visible within a shared goal structure.
The approach we built
Performance indicators that differ by role were gathered in a common Score Card system. Seasonal goals were supported by quests and team challenges.
The experience created
Different layers of the organization could access a performance view fit for their responsibilities while the shared goal structure was preserved.
