Keeping focus across a wide product and channel structure.
Starting point
The aim was for field teams to grasp different product, channel and region priorities more easily and turn them into daily action.
The approach we built
KPIs were simplified by user role. Priority campaigns were supported by a quest and tournament structure; team results were unified on a shared performance screen.
The experience created
Within a dense goal structure, users could more easily see priority areas and track their team's shared progress.
